Symposium
This lecture explores the comparative clinical performance of autogenous soft tissue grafts versus allograft (ADMA) materials in managing gingival recession and tissue deficiencies around natural teeth. Evidence-based outcomes, surgical protocols, healing dynamics, and aesthetic results will be discussed in depth.
It will explore the clinical importance of keratinized mucosa around dental implants, reviewing the latest evidence, biological reasoning, surgical options, and patient-related outcomes. The lecture will address when and why soft tissue augmentation is necessary to ensure peri-implant health, aesthetics, and long-term success.
It will discuss a categorization for the surgical failures and how to deal with failures despite many dental implants with a very high level of implant success and especially after many advancements of the implants’ Micro and Macro structure.
