Participants will review diagnostic frameworks, classification systems, and clinical indications to select the optimal surgical technique. The session directly compares Free Gingival Grafts (FGG) and Connective Tissue Grafts (CTG), evaluating their indications, vascular requirements, and clinical trade-offs. Through a hands-on laboratory using sheep’s heads, residents will execute flap design, palatal harvesting, recipient site preparation, and advanced suturing mechanics to ensure predictable graft stabilization and healing.
