The progressive shift towards implementing digital technology in replacing hopeless single to full arch dentition has become a focal point contemporary implant practice. However, combining biological concepts along with digital workflows is crucial to achieve excellence and predictability in such cases. Those concepts usually implemented in periodontal surgery, will significantly impact the final restoration outcome by providing soft tissue that is compatible with the overall aesthetic appearance. Therefore, the aim of this presentation is to show that utilization of evidenced based periodontal treatment protocols coupled with the integration of digital technology is indispensable to achieve better results in single to full arch cases.
